IEM ensures that training objectives and application support outcomes are always linked to our client's critical program and mission goals. We offer a wide variety of training and support options, including on-site training, interactive and self-directed computer-based training, training CDs, helpdesk support, and training for commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products. IEM's technical and subject matter experts understand the science and the theory behind extremely complex technologies. But, IEM professionals also have the operational experience that helps translate technical understanding to audiences of varying backgrounds. Solid training foundation.
IEM has extensive experience developing and delivering training and support for mission-critical systems and processes. Our programs include the successful training of government, military, and private sector personnel on complex tools and concepts such as hazard dispersion modeling and enhancing the capability of military installations to restore operations and recover from a chemical biological attack.
