Concept of Operations (CONOPS) Development
IEM recognizes that a well-crafted concept of operations (CONOPS) will contribute to the development of successful full-spectrum joint capabilities and provide an effective common framework for facilitating readiness and response for military missions.
Joint military missions—and beyond.
Our more than two decades of leadership in homeland security and defense support has equipped IEM to view CONOPS applicability even beyond joint military purposes. We understand—because we have first-hand experience—that domestic military operations must sometimes interact with civilian governments at all levels. Whether dealing with natural disasters or assisting in the war against terrorism, these non-military groups are extensions, alternative frontlines, for the security and safety of our nation and its assets. IEM has the capability of analyzing courses of action and pragmatically selecting the optimum solution to improve operational effectiveness across multi-jurisdictional lines.
Experience spans all branches.
We employ CBRN defense experts with strong military backgrounds that span all branches of the military, including several senior officers, and many former service school instructors. This cadre of professionals has extensive field, service school, and combat experience.
